• All our products are handmade, therefore processing may take longer than ready-made items.

• We prioritize quality, which may require additional time to ensure the best result.

• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• The nature of handmade production

• High order volume

• Shipping carrier delays

• General or emergency circumstances (such as global situations, conflicts, or any conditions affecting shipping and delivery)

Please note that delays caused by these factors do NOT qualify for order cancellation or refunds.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason, including delays in processing or shipping.

• Please make sure all details are correct before completing your order (product selection, address, contact information, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Clear damage upon delivery

• Manufacturing defects

• Receiving the wrong item

• If approved, compensation will be provided accordingly (replacement or refund).

Claims & Complaint Procedure:

• You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order, within a maximum of 24 hours only.

• Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.

Any claims reported after this period (e.g., after several days or a week) will be automatically rejected.

• Returns, refunds, or compensation will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Shipping or processing delays

• Change of mind after placing the order

• Failure to read the product description or policy

• Misuse or damage caused by the customer

• Late reporting beyond the allowed timeframe
